When you join the waitlist we store what you type into the form:
We also store the date and time you signed up and gave consent, and the country your request came from, as reported by our hosting provider. We don't store your IP address.
The survey at fanra.app/survey is anonymous by default. We store your answers, the date and time, the country your request came from and, if the link you used carried one, a short tag showing where it was shared (for example "reddit"). We don't store your IP address.
If you choose to leave your email, we also store it, whether you're open to a call, and when you gave consent. We use it only to send you the survey results, invite you to the founding creator program and, if you asked for them, arrange a call or email you a copy of your answers.
We don't sell your data, we don't use it for advertising, and we don't share it with other companies except the service providers below.
We process your data based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), which you give by ticking the box on the waitlist form or, for the survey, by leaving your email and ticking the box below it. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to privacy@fanra.app or by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send. Withdrawing doesn't affect what we did before you withdrew.
The site and the waitlist database run on Cloudflare, which processes the data on our behalf under its data processing terms. The database is set to be stored in Western Europe.
If you ask for a copy of your survey answers, we send it through Resend (Resend, Inc.), an email delivery service that processes your email address and the content of that message on our behalf under its data processing agreement. Resend may process this data in the United States; the transfer is covered by the safeguards in that agreement, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
We keep your sign-up until the founding creator program ends, and no longer than 24 months after you signed up. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we do so within 30 days.
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or send it to you in a portable format. You can also object to its use. Write to privacy@fanra.app and we'll answer within 30 days.
If you think we handle your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro), or to the authority in your own country.
This site doesn't use cookies, analytics or tracking scripts. Fonts are served from fanra.app itself, so your browser doesn't contact any other site when you visit.
If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. If the change matters for you, we'll also email you before it applies.
